• Delivery will be done within 7 working days.
• Delays may arise from our third party courier and are out of our control.
• We are using a third party delivery provider who has strict packaging requirements which may include plastic and other non eco-friendly materials.
• We are currently reusing whatever bag we have on hand to minimize waste and working to find an even more sustainable solution.
• Standard Shipping for orders up to SGD 39.99
• Free for orders above SGD40.00
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

The Green Collective SG Pte Ltd is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. You may contact the courier company directly.

    1. Full payments accepted. No partial or post dated payments.
    2. Payments can be made by Credit Card, PayNow, Paypal or Internet Banking 
    3. All prices quoted on the website are in Singaporean dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of Singaporean GST.
    4. All prices are not inclusive of local delivery postage. Customers can refer to the "Shipping & Delivery" section for the applicable rates. Shipping and delivery charges will be added upon check out if applicable.

  • Outside Singapore

    1. Only full payments are accepted. No partial or post dated payments.
    2. All prices quoted on the website are in Singapore dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of Singapore GST.
